The Documentation Centre Nazi forced labor is by appointment publicly accessible specialized library. The library currently includes approximately 4,200 media units and over 5,900 journal articles. The library is a reference library. As part of the Interlibrary copies are made. The collection focuses on the areas of Nazi forced labor and Nazi camp system. Other priorities include state and society under National Socialism, persecution and murder of European Jews and other victims groups, World War II, as well as memorial and commemorative culture.


The inventory is accessible through a systematic and open access to our online catalog. We keep books in English, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, French. An on-site research is available on Tuesdays from 10 am to 1 pm, Thursdays from 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm, and on Fridays from 10 am to 12 pm and upon request. Single and group work spaces, a computer for searching the catalog and in various databases, and an USB scanner available on site.
